The Three Parks Trail takes visitors through the Swiss National Park, the Nature Park Biosfera Val Müstair and the Stelvio National Park (Italy) in four daily stages. The trail starts in Zernez (Switzerland) and leads via the Ofen Pass and Livigno (Italy) to Varusch (Switzerland). It is recommended for experienced hikers.

One Trail – Three Parks
The Three Parks Trail was created in 2026 as part of the Interreg project «Monitoraggio della biodiversità nelle Aree Protette della Rezia». The trail leads in four daily stages through the Swiss National Park, the Nature Park Biosfera Val Müstair and the Stelvio National Park. Equipped with the trail leaflet and your smartphone, you can discover fascinating insights into the biodiversity of the surrounding landscape as you hike. Each stage focuses on a different theme. - Day 1: Swiss National Park visitor centre in Zernez – Hotel Parc Naziunal Il Fuorn – Pass dal Fuorn / Süsom Givè
- Day 2: Pass dal Fuorn / Süsom Givè – Passo di Val Mora – Rifugio Val Fraéle
- Day 3: Rifugio Val Fraéle – Passo di Valle Alpisella – Livigno
- Day 4: Livigno – Fuorcla Trupchun – Parkhütte Varusch
