New data protection legislation came into force across the EU on 25 May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) strengthens and unifies data protection for individuals within the EU. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. Historically, Swiss data protection legislation has been closely tied to EU regulations. Therefore, the Swiss National Park website and online shop fall under the GDPR.<\/p>\n

About personal data<\/strong>
\nPersonal data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. Your first and last names, your landline phone number, and\/or your physical, e-mail or IP addresses constitute personal data.<\/p>\n

How we collect, process and use your personal data<\/strong>
\nWe are very protective of your personal data, and only collect, store and process this data for our own use, for example to deal with your order via our online shop.<\/p>\n
